At the start of our web site, I introduced myself as Dr. Tracy Smiley-Thomas. However, I have not always been Dr. Smiley-Thomas. I have sat in the same place where many of you now sit. I have been in bad situations, unhealthy relationships, and one-sided friendships. I have been hurt, used, and abused; however, I developed tools which ultimately helped me to get unstuck, and now I am winning on my own terms. I now want to share my results proven tools with you. Like you I reached a point where I was sick and tired of feeling STUCK and wanted change. Our team has created a safe space for you to work through whatever it is that has been keeping you stuck. Although your coach/mentor will serve as the facilitator of the sessions, you are in control of each session and the pace of the session. Your first session will begin with you setting a goal. The process of sustaining change takes work, patience, endurance, and resilience. My team and I will assist you in a step-by-step process until your goal has been reached. It may take more time in one step than the other and that's ok.

• 12 (40 minutes) one-on-one coaching/mentor sessions on Zoom over a 4-month time frame.
